Safety on the water
Fun and safety go hand in hand. Please read these guidelines before your experience — they help everyone have a great time.
Your responsibilities
Follow all instructions from our crew, stay within marked areas and never operate equipment under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Safety briefings
Every activity begins with a clear briefing. If anything is unclear, ask — we're happy to go over it again before you start.
Life jackets
Coast-guard approved life jackets are provided and must be worn for all on-water activities, at all times.
Weather & conditions
Activities run only in safe conditions. We may delay, shorten or reschedule outings for wind, weather or sea state — safety always comes first.
Age, height & weight
Some activities have minimum age and weight/height guidelines. Let us know your group and we'll advise what's suitable.
Health & medical
Some activities aren't recommended during pregnancy or with certain conditions (back/neck issues, heart conditions). Check with us and your doctor if unsure.
Belongings & damage
Secure valuables and loose items. Guests may be responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse of equipment.
Children
Young guests are welcome on suitable activities with adult supervision and within safety guidelines.
In an emergency
Our crew is trained to respond. Follow their directions immediately and signal if you ever feel unsafe.
