1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed only when our team confirms it on WhatsApp. Requests alone do not guarantee availability.
2. Pricing
Prices shown on this site are samples in USD and may vary by season, duration and group size. Final pricing is confirmed before your activity.
3. Safety & waivers
Participation requires following all safety instructions and may require signing a waiver. Watersports carry inherent risks.
4. Eligibility
Some activities have age, weight, health or other requirements. We may decline participation where safety could be at risk.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, participation is at your own risk; please review the safety guidance and ask us any questions beforehand.
6. Conduct
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect crew, other guests, equipment and the environment.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version applies to your booking.
