How rescheduling, weather cancellations and refunds work for your booking.
1. Confirmations
Bookings are confirmed by our team on WhatsApp. Your requested time is held only once we reply to confirm it.
2. Guest cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as early as possible on WhatsApp so we can offer your slot to others and help find you a new time.
3. Weather & safety
If conditions are unsafe, we may delay, shorten or reschedule your activity. In these cases we'll offer a new time or a fair resolution.
4. Late arrivals & no-shows
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may have shortened sessions, and no-shows may not be eligible for rescheduling.
5. Refunds
Any refund terms are confirmed with our team at the time of booking and depend on the activity and timing.
