Is my booking confirmed right away?+

Not instantly — a request reserves your interest, and our team confirms the final time, price and meeting point on WhatsApp. We reply quickly, including for same-day requests.

Do I need any experience?+

Not at all. Every activity includes a safety briefing, and our crew guides first-timers through everything. Tubing and beach setups suit almost everyone.

What should I bring?+

Swimwear, a towel, reef-safe sunscreen and a valid photo ID. Secure any loose items, and bring a waterproof camera if you'd like photos.

What happens if the weather is bad?+

Safety comes first. If conditions aren't suitable we'll reschedule or arrange a fair option with you. See our cancellation policy for details.
